Q. How are your dresses and designs made?

A. All designs are made by June Spears, and the dresses are made of high-quality fabric, cut and sewn in Colorado in the United Sates.

Q. Do I have the option to choose different colored trim or accents on my item?

A. We would be more than happy to customize trim on any dress. Please send an email ahead of your order, alerting us an orders is coming in, and your preferred color choice.

Q. Do you offer custom design?

A.Yes, please follow the “Custom Order” link in the navigation above. Custom orders apply to orders over $100.

Q. I just placed my order; how long will it take to ship?

A. Most orders are processed within 48 hours if purchased during a business week, and if ordered on the weekend or a holiday, allow 72 hours to ship. Find more information on shipping on our "Shipping Info" page.

Q. Do you offer discount codes? Sales or markdowns?

A. We do! Sign up for our mailing list and we’ll keep you in the loop. We run holiday sales and always give a little incentive to those who visit and sign up for our newsletter.

Q. If an item is out of stock, will you notify me when it’s back in your store?

A. Sure! Any item that can be recreated will, and those customers who would like to purchase the item once we have replenished our online inventory can easily enter their email address where indicated on the product page. We’ll be sure to email you once the design is back in stock.

Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

A. You can discover everything regarding returns and more on our "Returns & Exchanges" page, but your satisfaction is guaranteed. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Kayley’s Closet happily accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
